利用規約（YouTube API 利用ツール）

本規約は、株式会社Home Picks（以下「当社」）が運用する社内向け動画投稿ツール「Home Picks 動画投稿」（以下「本ツール」）の利用条件を定めるものです。

1. 適用：本規約は本ツールの利用に関して適用されます。
2. 利用者：本ツールは当社の従業員および当社が許可した関係者のみが利用できます。一般には配布・販売しません。
3. 目的・機能：本ツールは、当社が制作した動画を当社が管理するYouTubeチャンネルにアップロードする目的でのみ使用し、YouTube API Services を利用します。
4. YouTube 規約等の遵守：利用者は YouTube 利用規約 および Google プライバシーポリシー を遵守します。
5. 禁止事項：他のYouTube利用者のデータの無断取得・保存、API の不正利用、法令に違反する行為を禁止します。
6. 免責：本ツールは現状有姿で提供され、当社は利用により生じた損害について責任を負いません。
7. 変更：当社は必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。
8. 準拠法：本規約は日本法に準拠します。

Terms of Service (YouTube API Tool)

These Terms govern the use of the internal video-publishing tool “Home Picks 動画投稿” (the “Tool”) operated by Home Picks Co., Ltd. (“we”, “our company”).

1. Scope: These Terms apply to all use of the Tool.
2. Users: The Tool may be used only by our employees and persons we authorize. It is not distributed or sold to the public.
3. Purpose / Function: The Tool is used solely to upload videos we produce to the YouTube channel we manage, using YouTube API Services.
4. Compliance: Users must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Prohibited conduct: Unauthorized collection or storage of other YouTube users’ data, misuse of the API, and any unlawful acts are prohibited.
6. Disclaimer: The Tool is provided “as is”; we are not liable for damages arising from its use.
7. Changes: We may revise these Terms as necessary.
8. Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
